The governing document of Independent ADA Consultant Association. Amendments require a member vote per Article XI.

- Name and Purpose — association name, mission, and non-profit status
- Membership — classes (Associate, CIAC Member, CIAC+ Fellow, Firm), rights, and obligations
- Credentialing — issuance authority, pathway, renewal, suspension, revocation
- Board of Directors — size, terms, elections, officer roles, meeting frequency
- Committees — credentialing, curriculum, ethics, grievance, nominations
- Meetings — annual member meeting, board meetings, special meetings, quorum
- Finances — dues schedule, fiscal year, audit requirement, fiduciary duty
- Code of Ethics — reference to the separately published code, enforcement process
- Conflicts of Interest — disclosure and recusal requirements for board and committee members
- Indemnification — protection for officers acting in good faith
- Amendments — process for bylaw changes (member vote, notice period)
- Dissolution — distribution of assets consistent with non-profit tax status
